ICSS 2010 - International Congress on Science and Skiing

General information

The Congress Secretariat has reserved rooms at special rates from December 14 to 19, 2010, in the hotels listed below. Reservations must be made before October 20, 2010. Room availability can not be guaranteed after this date. Room rates include tax, service, breakfast, lunch and dinner per person and night.

Cancellation policy for all hotels

For cancellation notices received before November 1, 2010: 100% refund
For cancellation notices received between November 2 and 20, 2010: 50% refund
For cancellation notices received between November 21 and 30, 2010: 20% refund
No refund for cancellations after November 30, 2010 and for "no shows".
Reduced length of stay: full payment
